Laguna Beach - ADU Construction

Developing an Accessory Dwelling Unit in Laguna Beach requires more than a standard contractor. It demands precise architectural design, rigorous structural and MEP engineering, and seamless navigation of the permitting process. STG Design Build provides a unified design-build solution for homeowners, property owners, and real estate developers seeking to maximize property value through high-quality ADU construction.

Single-Source Accountability Under One Roof

We eliminate the friction of managing separate architects, engineers, and builders. Our integrated process manages every phase of your ADU project. From the initial concept and complex engineering to local permit acquisition and final construction, our team delivers complete accountability. This cohesive methodology reduces timeline delays, prevents design conflicts, and mitigates costly revisions.

Proven Design-Build Expertise

Led by Founder and CEO Rober Khalil, STG Design Build brings robust expertise to the Southern California market. Over the past seven years, we have successfully delivered more than 400 projects for over 100 clients. As a fully licensed, bonded, and insured firm, we handle the comprehensive execution of your ADU build with absolute professional precision.

Who We Serve

Our services are designed for property owners who require comprehensive, high-level execution rather than piecemeal contracting. We focus entirely on significant design-build construction projects and do not take on maintenance-only work, minor handyman repairs, or projects selected solely on the lowest price where professional design and engineering are not required.
