Lake Forest - ADU Construction

Property owners in Lake Forest are maximizing their real estate value and living space with Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). STG Design Build delivers a comprehensive, full-service design-build solution for ADU construction. We manage the entire project lifecycle—from architectural design and structural engineering to municipal permitting and final construction—eliminating the friction of coordinating multiple independent contractors.

One Accountable Team Under One Roof

Traditional construction models often lead to delays, conflicts, and costly revisions because design and execution are siloed. STG Design Build operates differently. By integrating architecture, MEP engineering, and construction into a single workflow, we provide clients with one accountable team. This ensures your ADU is designed for constructability from day one, streamlining the Lake Forest permitting process and keeping the build on schedule.

Built for Property Owners and Developers

We partner with homeowners, multifamily owners, and real estate developers planning significant ground-up ADU projects. Our firm provides the rigorous oversight required for high-quality structural engineering and full-service construction. We focus our expertise on comprehensive design-build requirements; therefore, we are not the right fit for minor handyman tasks, maintenance-only repairs, or projects selected solely on the lowest price where professional design is not required.

Proven Authority in Southern California

For seven years, STG Design Build has executed complex architectural and construction projects across Orange County. Led by Founder and CEO Rober Khalil, who brings over a decade of design-build experience, our licensed, bonded, and insured team has successfully delivered over 400 projects for more than 100 clients. We apply this proven framework to every ADU we build.
